Anyway, the gatecrashing is pretty standard but what I liked was the fact that Alex gamely applied lipstick and kiss out “I LOVE VERA” on a big piece of mahjong paper. I was joking with him that if the paper was on the floor instead, he will probably end up with swollen biceps from having to do push up to kiss on the paper.

Alex is a very caring man, this is pretty obvious from his small gestures towards Vera.
He will wipe away the tears from Vera’s eyes, help to style her fringe, and even blow on the tang yuan to cool it down…
